Rooted in the language of non-objective abstraction, my paintings are a search for meaning within color, form, and the spaces in between. Working primarily with acrylic on canvas, I build compositions that oscillate between structure and spontaneity—balancing vibrant geometric shapes with soft, atmospheric gradients.
Recurring motifs of portals, doors, and thresholds reflect my fascination with moments of transition—both personal and universal. Pieces like “Egress 00” and “Egress Origin” invite viewers to step into contemplative spaces, where the familiar dissolves into possibility.
The interplay of color and form in works such as “Broken Flux” and “Skism” channels a sense of movement, energy, and playful tension.
My process is intuitive yet deliberate, guided by curiosity and a desire to evoke emotion without narrative. Each painting is an invitation: to pause, to reflect, and to find resonance in abstraction.
I am a self taught painter based in De Pinte , Belgium.
